Our AP Chemistry course teaches students comprehensive content for the AP Chemistry test. Students learn the principles of chemistry and how to solve advanced chemistry problems effectively and accurately.
Our AP U.S. History course prepares students to analyze historical texts, interpretations, and evidence. Students learn all 9 historical periods from 1491 to present, as covered on the AP exams. Students also learn how to craft well-developed responses for the short answer and essay portions of the test.
At MEK Review, we equip students with the right tools to score a 5 on AP exams. Our expert teachers guide students with key strategies, proven materials, and clear objectives to lead them to success.
We monitor student progress and build up test-taking skills through full-length tests that simulate test-day environments.
We don’t give out the answers — our teachers coach students on how to think. Each student learns strategies and skills for arriving at the right answers independently.
AP exams require a wide and deep knowledge of an academic subject. Our teachers give lectures that thoroughly cover all featured topics.
We teach students to take ownership of their progress through persistent communications and feedback on improvements, weaknesses, and mindset.
Students receive skill drills, quizzes, and other key assignments to intimately learn exam content and monitor their short-term progress.
We teach students test techniques that eliminate silly mistakes, increase mental endurance, recognize common traps, and help them think like a test-maker.
MEK offers private tutoring for AP exams throughout the spring. Parents and students may set up a time and date that works with their busy schedule. As a note, we recommend that students prepare for 15-20 weeks before taking the official May exam.
