A Night of Gratitude and New Beginnings
On Saturday, January 31st, 2026, MEK Review welcomed students, families, educators, and community leaders to celebrate the grand opening of our newest campus in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The event marked not just the opening of a new location, but the beginning of an exciting new chapter for an institution that has served students for nearly three decades.
Honoring Our History, Embracing Our Future
Since 1997, MEK Review has been at the forefront of innovation, growth, and transformation in academic preparation and counseling. Our new Englewood Cliffs campus features a timeline wall that tells our story—from our founding to the milestones that have shaped who we are today. It stands as a testament to the people, partnerships, and perseverance that have built MEK into what it is now, and serves as a reminder of the foundation upon which our future is being built.
A Community Celebration
The grand opening brought together MEK Review teachers and staff, students and their parents, Mayor Mark Park and councilmembers from Englewood Cliffs, and our partner companies and supporters—all gathering to celebrate this significant milestone in MEK’s journey. It was an evening to recognize and thank everyone who makes our work possible, and to mark this new chapter together.
The event, held from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at our new location at 661 E Palisade Avenue, was a moment to express gratitude to the incredible team that has made MEK’s 29-year journey possible.
Introducing the MEK Academic Counseling Center
While the closing of our Palisades Park campus marked the end of one era, it opened the door to something new and transformative. With both MEK Closter and Englewood Cliffs campuses now operating simultaneously, the Englewood Cliffs location has been designated as the MEK Academic Counseling Center (ACC).
This specialized center houses our Academic and Admissions Counseling services, as well as MEK Tutoring Programs, all designed to provide strategic, individualized guidance to each student. The ACC represents MEK’s commitment to meeting students where they are and supporting them on their unique academic journeys.
Open and Ready to Serve
As of February 3rd, 2026, the Englewood Cliffs campus officially opened its doors to students, ready to provide the exceptional educational support that MEK Review has become known for over the past three decades.
